Manager In Training (MIT) Program The Manager in Training program, or MIT, is a training position in which Cardinal Health Managed Services’, philosophies, systems, financial and management techniques are taught to a candidate in a structured setting (one of our managed services accounts). The purpose of this program is to prepare candidates for pharmacy manager positions in hospital pharmacies throughout Cardinal Health Managed Services accounts ensuring quality and continuity of service. Manager In Training (MIT) Program Req # 20002092 The training program is a 12 to 18 month commitment. The chosen candidates will be required to relocate to during the training program. Upon completion of the program, the candidate agrees to accept a management role in a Cardinal Managed Services account as the DOP or ADOP for a two year period. Education or Equivalent: - Pharm D. or equivalent experience - Pharmacy practice residency or prior experience practicing pharmacy in an inpatient setting is preferred.
