The Director of Pharmacy, will provide oversight of medication management and pharmacy operations for Riverside Regional Medical Center, Riverside Behavioral Health Center and hospital based clinics associated with the hospital. Riverside Regional Medical Center is part of a larger health system, with System Pharmacy leadership providing support and direction. Riverside Regional Medical Center has an ASHP accredited PGY1 pharmacy practice residency program (2 residents), a decentralized clinical pharmacy program and is a 340B DSH facility. Service lines include trauma, oncology, cardiology, maternal infant, neurosciences, orthopedics, and general surgery.

Qualifications:
- Must be a “good standing” licensed Pharmacist and eligible for licensure in the state of Virginia
- Prior leadership experience in a 200+ census hospital is required.
- Prior 340B experience preferred.
- Oncology/infusion experience preferred.
- Prior leadership responsibility for off-site hospital based locations preferred.
- Prior experience with establishing goals and achieving results while holding self and others accountable for results.
- Ability to anticipate and interpret customer needs and business challenges.
- Proven experience working collaboratively with internal/external groups to achieve business results, integrating the diverse perspectives of individuals of different backgrounds; coaches others in the dynamics of effective teamwork.
- Excellent planning, organizing and leadership skills.
