Dear Colleague,
The Jefferson College of Pharmacy continues to prepare student pharmacists to provide exceptional patient-centered care and tackle challenges in healthcare disparities including both quality and access to care. As the field of pharmacy practice evolves and continues to improve healthcare – especially for underserved populations, the college launched the Masters of Science in Population Health Pharmacy.
This unique program is designed to enable practicing pharmacists to leverage pharmacy-specific expertise with population health principles in order to improve outcomes. Graduates will be poised to meet the needs of the current resource-limited, fragmented US health care system and expand the role of pharmacy in all practice settings.
