Jefferson College of Pharmacy

Dear Colleague,

The Jefferson College of Pharmacy continues to prepare student pharmacists to provide exceptional patient-centered care and tackle challenges in healthcare disparities including both quality and access to care. As the field of pharmacy practice evolves and continues to improve healthcare – especially for underserved populations, the college launched the Masters of Science in Population Health Pharmacy.

This unique program is designed to enable practicing pharmacists to leverage pharmacy-specific expertise with population health principles in order to improve outcomes. Graduates will be poised to meet the needs of the current resource-limited, fragmented US health care system and expand the role of pharmacy in all practice settings.

The Graduate Certificate option requires completion of 15 credits, all of which can be applied towards the Master degree option, which requires completion of 33 total credits and includes a capstone presentation following completion of all coursework. Students can begin the program in the fall or spring semesters and financial aid is available. A pharmacy degree is required for admission.
