I’d like to share some numbers that illustrate where ScriptPro's “creativity” is headed.
$1,000,000,000 per month – Our Third Party Management System has grown tremendously. More than a billion dollars of our customers’ money is monitored by TPMS every month (17 million individual transactions). The ability to lock down contract terms and enforce PBM compliance has proven to be a powerful tool for financial stability and growth.
182,000,000 in 12 months – Our robots filled 182 million prescriptions this year. With the best uptime and longevity in the industry, this number is increasing daily. Customer growth and faster filling aren’t the only stories here. Our new Buy Advantage program made many of those 182 million prescriptions less expensive to fill. We’ve automated creative ways to get a better drug price.
440 – That’s how many hospitals currently participate in our new Drug Manufacturer Rebate Program. Starting less than a year ago, this program is finding millions of dollars in rebates for our customers. This is a new revenue stream we created by sifting through their data and coming up with ways to monetize the drug utilization information. Watching this program grow every month is exciting.
48 – In under one minute (48 seconds), our customers get help over the phone. That level of customer service is unrivaled in our industry, but we can do more. That’s where ScriptMon, our proactive monitoring service, comes in — helping us prevent problems before they occur.
The future is bright at ScriptPro and equally bright for our customers. If you’re willing to think outside the box and be creative, you will be rewarded. In 2023, ScriptPro asked “what if” a lot. In 2024, our customers will see the benefits grow — and they’re big.
