Training and Development
Our philosophy is to invest in our pharmacists and to engage them in a shared vision to transform pharmacy practice. We believe in life-long learning and challenge our pharmacists, residents, interns and technicians to develop to their fullest potential in order to ensure their success.
We have a best-in-class learning and development department that provides the only in-person pharmacists training in the industry that starts upon hire. Extensive time is spent providing an overview of the pharmacy computer system and allows hands-on training with the computer application. Computer training includes basic and advanced prescription processing, third-party billing, inventory management, and others.
And it doesn’t stop there! As you continue your employment with us, we ensure opportunities are available for continued education such as advanced pharmacy operations, leadership training, technician certification preparation, management skills, and more.
We partner with a national Continuing Education (CE) provider and are accredited to provide CE lessons through the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) to provide you all the credits needed to maintain your license.
