As a Clinical Manager, you will provide leadership direction and management of clinical processes and initiatives within the hospital. Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required, PharmD preferred.
  • Must be a licensed Pharmacist and eligible for licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • In-patient hospital pharmacy experience is required with 4+ years in a management position preferred.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve customer/employee problems or conflicts to meet the needs of external and internal customers.
  • Experience managing clinical programs required.
  • Ability to hear, write, and speak clearly in order to communicate with customers and health care professionals.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
  • Pressure to perform in emergency situations.
